Packaged Sewage Pumping Stations Kits
Penstar F vortex pumps can be used on domestic sewage and as the solids clearance is 50mm, 2" bore discharge pipe can be used.
Penstar GRBlue and DTR grinder pumps are an economic range of macerator units, GRBlue requires a minimum pipe size of 1½" bore and DTR requires minimum pipe size of 2" bore.
We also offer systems using Lowara, Grundfos and ABS pumps : P.O.A.

Control systems
The single pump systems above operate with a single float switch and a high level alarm can be added at extra cost. Alternatively, a panel with built in alarm can be used to operate the pump over a larger range using dual floats (separate start and stop float) and an alarm float switch, see below.
The dual pump systems above include two pumps, control panel with H/L alarm, three heavy duty floats and a the alarm float switch.
An ultrasonic level controller can be used at extra cost.
